5 WEEK PROGRAM

The Five-week program will be conducted Monday through Friday for approximately 6 hours a day. 

Each week will be dedicated to focus on building skills. By the of week five the student will have prepared various type of cuisine unassisted, planned menus for family meals, small catering menus, and mid-size events. The notional weekly activity schedule for students ina Junior Chef's Academy is outlined in this section. Each day a one of the 10 Principles of being a professional chef will be selected by the student and the "Principles of the Week."
