Program Overview
The Junior Chefs Academy Summer Program is an immersive culinary experience designed to introduce young aspiring chefs, aged 10 to 15 to the art and science of cooking. Through a combination of interactive workshops, lessons focused on essential culinary skills and hands-on cooking classes, students will develop an understanding of the culinary careers, the principles of being a chef and professional culinary skills. Additionally, the students will enhance personal skills such as communications, critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and time management.
